Japanese Naoji Kuribara decided to learn how to make Bak Chor Mee (Minced Meat Noodles) after leaving his job at a Japanese company here. Now, his son has taken up the charge in dishing out the local favourite here.
His son and wife now run Ah Hoe Mee Pok at Clementi West Street 2. Meanwhile, Kuribara-san is back home in Japan, running Ah Hoe Mee Pok near Narita Airport. Drop by for a taste at 82-138 Tatsuzawa Shinden, Tomisato City Chiba prefecture, Japan. Note that it only opens from 11am – 2pm every Fri & Sat.
